The following persons and their relatives (relatives are defined as spouse including de facto spouse, parent, child or sibling) are ineligible to purchase tickets for themselves or on behalf of any other person: board members, senior managers, ticket fulfillment staff and fundraising staff at Multiple Sclerosis Limited; the nominee of the raffle; KPMG directors and employees associated with the lottery draws.

Assuming all tickets are sold, each ticket has a 1 in 10,000 chance of winning the Grand Prize.

Ticket purchasers must be 18 years, or older.

Maximum number of tickets in the draw: 10,000. All tickets $50 each.

The names of all prize winners will be available online at msdreamcarlottery.com.au. Prizes must be accepted as awarded. Winners are responsible for making arrangements to claim their prize. Prizes awarded may not be exactly as illustrated. All prize winners will be notified in writing. The total retail value of all prizes is $180,000.

*Only tickets purchased before Midnight, Wednesday, 2 October 2019 are eligible for the Early Bird Prize draw. If all tickets are sold before Midnight, Wednesday, 2 October 2019, then all prize draws will be completed at 9am on Friday, 4 October 2019. If tickets remain after the Early Bird sales close, only the Early Bird Prize draw will be completed on Friday, 2 October 2019. The winning ticket for the Early Bird Prize will be re-entered and is eligible to win the Grand Prize.

**Tickets purchased after the Early Bird Prize close and before the Final close at Midnight, Wednesday, 30 October 2019 are eligible to win the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize draw will be completed at 9am on Friday, 1 November 2019.

The Early Bird Prize winner will be published online at msdreamcarlottery.com.au within 48 hours of the prize draw being completed. However, if all tickets are sold before the Early Bird close, the Early Bird and Grand Prize winners will be published online at msdreamcarlottery.com.au within 48 hours of the prize draws taking place on Friday, 4 October 2019.

The Early Bird and Grand Prize winners will be published in The Age newspaper on Saturday, 9 November 2019, unless all tickets are sold out prior to Early Bird close. If all tickets are sold before the Early Bird close, the Prize winners will be published in The Age newspaper on Saturday, 12 October 2019.

The Early Bird Prize winner will have the option of the holiday to the Greek Islands for 2 adults, valued at $20,000, or $20,000 in gold bullion. The Early Bird Prize winner will be given 48 hours from the time of notification to make their decision.

Holiday winners will not be permitted to travel during peak season.

The Greek Islands holiday does not include travel insurance, spending money or any other expenses. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure that they have valid passports, visas and re-entry permits, which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred because of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be the sole responsibility of the winner. All travellers must have a valid passport for international travel and many countries require at least 6 months’ validity from the date of entry.

The Grand Prize winner will have the option of the 2019 BMW M4 Convertible valued at $160,000 or $160,000 in gold bullion. The Grand Prize winner will be given 48 hours from the time of notification to make their decision.

The Grand Prize 2019 BMW M4 Convertible option includes on-road costs, but does not include motor vehicle insurance. The images included in the MS Dream Car Lottery promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only. There is a minimum wait time of six months from placement of order for this vehicle.

Requests for refunds will be actioned prior to the commencement of the draws. Refunds cannot be issued after the prize draws have begun.

The records held by Multiple Sclerosis Limited shall be deemed correct and final. Please call 1300 311 816 for corrections.
